Serge was very professional very pleasant and personable. He explained everything that he did and why. He showed me photos to help explain what he’d done and why. He answered all my questions and explained why he hadn’t done some things.
This is my first experience with ducted heating and Serge patiently explained it all to me simply so I could easily understand.

Serge was excellent. Quick response and lots of communication when I had to change the time agreed. The repair was an old unit and he showed me everything he was doing all the way through - and fixed what I thought was going to be a replacement job!

A very professional person. I had my central heating not working but was told by an earlier guy that the PCB faulty. Serge is very passionate with his work and told me my remote is fault. He does to the extend checking for other issues and informed me about that. Indeed a guy where i will recommend and go for.

Fantastic and reliable service !!! Sergey's honesty and professionalism are highly appreciated.We had an issue with ducted heating that in the end had to be replaced. Sergey organized everything and within less than 24 hours we had a new heater installed.Also he suggested to us to move the wall controller to the different spot and as a result of that for the first time ,since moving into our house 16 years ago, we have the same temperature in all our rooms.Couldn't be more happier. Serge came today on a 43 deg heat and was very professional in fixing our Bonaire ducted evaporative cooling. Rectified the problem quickly and explained the situation in details. Fully recommend his service and most likely will be dealing with him again.

After a 42 degree day in the Christmas period, I realised my air con was not working. Serge was able to come out a week later and had it fixed a few hours later despite needing multiple parts. Great service as was the quality of his work. Highly recommended

When my tenant reported that the cooling unit is not working, the first company came and quoted $3,200 to replace the entire system. I sought Serge's advice on the unit and sent him out for a second opinion. I was very pleasantly surprised that the unit was repairable and the total bill was $259.50 - a massive saving indeed! Highly recommended.

I found him on the net. Didn't know what to expect in term of price, charge and quality of work. He didn't charge for call out fee and worked within my budget and gave me the best quote. Very thorough with the gas work. He even found the gas leaked that supposed to be check by the previous work plumber, who didn't seem to noticed that. Thank you for looking after me over the years. And I proudly recommend him to anyone especially the woman who scared of being rip off by the tradie.

This man is one of the best tradies I have encountered.
Polite, punctual and most of all is an expert at what he does at a very reasonable price.
Last year he serviced my Brivis evap. cooler. He took before and after photos as I wasn't getting on the roof for an inspection haha. This was his idea and I'd never thought about it.
He brought all the panels down for a good scrubbing. Other plummers have only hosed them down on the roof.
All in all, a very thorough tradesman.
This year Serge replaced my four vents in the house. They look terrific, and have a shiny finish for easy cleaning. He cleans up and takes all the rubbish with him
I'll happily refer him to my friends with confidence.

Sergey came on time and serviced our brivis heater. He found hair line cracks in the heat exchanger and took photos for us. He advised us to get it replace bc of the risk of carbon dioxide escaping into the house. We then called up brivis and they came replaced it under warranty. Found Sergey to be very polite and professional. Definitely would recommend him for your ducted heater service.

Top job done by this company. Cant recommend them enough.
