13. Ducted heater has blank Thermostat screen | Wall control not working

POSSIBLE DIAGNOSIS:

a. The batteries are flat. Many Thermostats require batteries that need to be changed once every year. Try to replace batteries with a fresh set.

b. The circuit breaker tripped. Some thermostats are getting power from the heater, If the circuit breaker trips, it may shut off the power to your heater and screen will go blank. Check and reset circuit breaker in electrical box. But, do not repeat if the breaker trips again.

c. Blown fuse. Heating unit has built-in fuse, when it's blown, the transformer will stop supplying voltage to the heater's components. Replacing a fuse might help to restore power to the heater and thermostat.
