    Sergey came on time and serviced our brivis heater. He found hair line cracks in the heat exchanger and took photos for us. He advised us to get it replace bc of the risk of carbon dioxide escaping into the house. We then called up brivis and they came replaced it under warranty. Found Sergey to be very polite and professional. Definitely would recommend him for your ducted heater service.
