A very professional person. I had my central heating not working but was told by an earlier guy that the PCB faulty. Serge is very passionate with his work and told me my remote is fault. Sergey came on time and serviced our brivis heater. He found hair line cracks in the heat exchanger and took photos for us. He advised us to get it replace bc of the risk of carbon dioxide escaping into the house. We then called up brivis and they came replaced it under warranty. Found Sergey to be very polite and professional. Definitely would recommend him for your ducted heater service.
