    Sergey came on time and serviced our brivis heater. He found hair line cracks in the heat exchanger and took photos for us. He advised us to get it replace bc of the risk of carbon dioxide escaping into the house. We then called up brivis and they came replaced it under warranty. Found Sergey to be very polite and professional. Definitely would recommend him for your ducted heater service.

    Fantastic and reliable service !!! Sergey's honesty and professionalism are highly appreciated.We had an issue with ducted heating that in the end had to be replaced. Sergey organized everything and within less than 24 hours we had a new heater installed.Also he suggested to us to move the wall controller to the different spot and as a result of that for the first time ,since moving into our house 16 years ago, we have the same temperature in all our rooms.Couldn't be more happier.     A very professional person. I had my central heating not working but was told by an earlier guy that the PCB faulty. Serge is very passionate with his work and told me my remote is fault. He does to the extend checking for other issues and informed me about that. Indeed a guy where i will recommend and go for.
